Nestled in Pyes Pa, St. Thomas Estate is a boutique residential subdivision that ensures security and privacy through design, while still providing a solid community network. Once a kiwifruit orchard Dave & Kathy wanted a change and developed the land into a residential subdivision. They approached us to help them give their subdivision an identity and to profile the sections available for sale.
After establishing the identity and heritage of St. Thomas Estate the brand identity was created. This anchored the hierarchical look and feel for the new website and sales collateral including business cards, brochure, pens, and pads.
